I had the pleasure of interviewing Victor Magalhaes, owner of the family style Italian Restaurant, Vittorio's in Torrey Highlands. Vittorio's features some excellent Italian Food and one of the best Lasagna in all of San Diego not to mention Victor makes a delicious Martini. It's been part of the community for 13 years and still going strong. If you haven't been I highly recommend trying it out.
